1. Description of the Service

Travoix is an online platform that enables users to hold video/audio calls and to have conversations translated into different languages in real time.

2. Account and Membership

To use the service you may need to create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the actions carried out through it.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

Sharing content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful or that infringes the rights of others.

Recording or eavesdropping without permission, or violating the privacy of third parties.

Attempting to harm the service, the infrastructure or other users (malware, overload, unauthorized access, etc.).

Using the service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Meeting Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share in meetings and for your communications with participants. Travoix does not monitor or store meeting content by default. Real-time translation is generated automatically and may contain errors; in critical situations the translation output should be relied upon for informational purposes only.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you choose and are consumed against a quota (participant-minutes).

Payments are collected through contracted payment providers.

Subject to applicable consumer law, fees for services already used may be non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Travoix brand, logo, software and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you other than the right to use the service.

7. Changes and Interruptions to the Service

We reserve the right to improve, change or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travoix cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, data loss, or damages arising from translation errors.

9. Termination

If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. You may stop using the service at any time by closing your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; the courts of the State of Delaware have jurisdiction over disputes. Mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
